Last year, Jones Logistics launched JoLo BOLO (Be on the Lookout), a quarterly employee, recognition program designed to acknowledge and reward outstanding employees who exemplify our company's core values: integrity, passion, unity, sustainability, and humility. JoLo is proud to announce that Mary Breazeale, Technology Specialist II, has been awarded JoLo BOLO of the Year for 2022!
The JoLo BOLO recognition program is an exciting opportunity for members of our JoLo family to identify and acknowledge fellow family members who are exceeding expectations or going above and beyond the call of duty. Although BOLO is an acronym for “Be on the Lookout,” you don’t have to look hard or long to see why Mary has received this honor.
Mary Breazeale is based out of our Hattiesburg, MS location, and has been with JoLo for a year and a half. During her tenure thus far, Mary has made a tremendous impact on JoLo. Her commitment to increasing productivity, paired with her positive outlook, kindness, and attentive nature have made her an ideal candidate for this nomination.
“Every day, Mary comes to work with a ‘can do’ attitude. She goes out of her way to help anyone that approaches her. In addition to being an amazing co-worker, Mary is also an amazing person,” commented one of her co-workers. “Mary makes everyone feel welcome and continues to inspire her peers to do their best at everything they do. It goes without saying that Mary is a crucial part of our IT team. She works very hard and constantly out-performs herself. From onboarding new employees to setting up new hire equipment, Mary is our rock!”
In addition to her many positive qualities and work ethic, Mary is also being recognized for embodying passion. A JoLo family member was asked to comment on which of our core values Mary lives by the most: “When it comes to living out our core values, Mary exemplifies all five, but she is especially known for her passion...passion for her job, passion for her co-workers, and passion to never give up until an issue is resolved.”
