Jones Logistics Celebrates Kelsey Green as January 2025 JoLo BOLO Award Winner

Jones Logistics (JoLo) is proud to recognize Kelsey Green as our first JoLo BOLO award winner of 2025! 

The JoLo BOLO (Be on the Lookout) program, originally launched in 2022 as a quarterly employee recognition initiative, evolved into a monthly award in April 2024—allowing us to celebrate even more outstanding team members. Each month, employees nominate their peers who exemplify our core values of integrity, passion, unity, sustainability, and humility, with a diverse committee selecting the final honoree. For January 2025, that honoree is Kelsey Green! 

Kelsey joined JoLo in 2020 as a Carrier Sales Representative, quickly proving her leadership skills and earning a promotion to Carrier Sales Manager in 2021. By 2022, she stepped into the role of Resources Manager, where she redefined strategic initiatives in claims and compliance to strengthen our company’s success. Most recently, in fall 2024, Kelsey was promoted to Director of Carrier and Operational Support, continuing her impact on JoLo’s operations. 

Kelsey is no stranger to the JoLo BOLO spotlight—this is her second time receiving the honor. Beyond her drive for continuous improvement, she is being recognized for the kindness and support she shows to those around her. One co-worker shared this touching testimonial: 

“My mother passed away recently. Kelsey went above and beyond to support me and my family through a tough time. The way she went about helping made a huge impact, and I can't thank her enough. It was an act of true kindness and humanity, done with no regard for recognition or praise. This is the essence of Unity and should be exemplified.” 

Another colleague echoed these sentiments, highlighting Kelsey’s unwavering dedication to teamwork:
