Jones Logistics Celebrates Lauren Brescher as February 2025 JoLo BOLO Award Winner

Jones Logistics (JoLo) is delighted to announce that Lauren Brescher is the recipient of our JoLo BOLO award for February 2025!  

The JoLo BOLO (Be on the Lookout) program, which began in 2022 as a quarterly initiative to honor employees, transitioned to a monthly award in April 2024, enabling us to acknowledge even more exceptional team members. Each month, employees nominate colleagues who embody our core values of integrity, passion, unity, sustainability, and humility, with a diverse committee selecting the final honoree. For February, that honoree is Lauren Brescher!  

Lauren joined Jones Logistics as Marketing Manager in the fall of 2021. Her influence on our company culture over the past three and a half years has been significant. Lauren has been crucial in supporting other departments, expanding our corporate presence, and enhancing brand recognition. She is also celebrated for her kindness, optimism, warmth, and compassion in the workplace: 

“Lauren exemplifies all of the core values daily,” anonymously commented one of her co-workers. “She is one of the most positive and uplifting people in the building. She is always willing to help and tries to make everyone she interacts with feel like they are more than just an employee. If we could clone her, I would!” 

Another colleague shared similar thoughts, emphasizing the planning and support Lauren contributed to a project: 

“Her help can’t be stated enough. She went above and beyond, and it would not have been a success without her. Her passion and humility were taken to a whole different level on this project.”
