Tim Schwabenlander Receives JoLo BOLO Award

Jones Logistics (JoLo) is proud to announce that Tim Schwabenlander, Senior Safety Manager, has been selected as our JoLo BOLO award winner for the month of July! 

At JoLo, our people have an unwavering commitment to our five core values: integrity, passion, unity, sustainability, and humility. However, the JoLo BOLO (Be on the Lookout) monthly employee recognition program celebrates those who go above and beyond in exemplifying these values in their everyday actions. Tim is a great example of this kind of individual. 

Tim was originally hired in February 2023 as our Safety Supervisor and is based out of our office in Waukesha, WI. He was later promoted to Senior Safety Manager. To say that Tim plays a crucial role on our safety team is an understatement. In addition to his general positivity and outlook, Tim is a great motivator, and several of his co-workers talk about how he seeks to build up those around him: 

“Tim consistently goes above and beyond his responsibilities, demonstrating a genuine passion for his work. His ability to inspire and motivate those around him is truly remarkable. Tim's positive attitude and unwavering dedication to excellence have contributed to a productive and enjoyable work environment.” 

In addition to his demeanor, Tim is certainly no slacker. In fact, he is known to start his workday before most of us are out of bed. 

“Tim Schwabenlander is the epitome of sustainability,” commented one of his co-workers. “His dedication, drive, and discipline are unmatched. He is committed to a strong safety culture for Jones Logistics. His work ethic is most remarkable, whether it's starting his day in the middle of the night to keep trucks and drivers compliant with FMCSA regulations or traveling to the different facilities to inspect trucks and talk with drivers about good driving habits and behaviors...Tim is highly respected and an invaluable asset to this Department and Jones Logistics.”
